OneLoyal

One app.
Every loyalty card.

OneLoyal replaces the stack of paper stamp cards in your wallet. Customers carry one code for every shop in the network. Shops run their loyalty program, post promos and reach the customers who already love them, without printing a single card.

Sample shops, for illustration. Tap one.

A wallet full of cards nobody finishes.

Paper cards get lost, washed, forgotten at home. The stamps a customer earned disappear with them.

For the shop, a paper card is a dead end. It costs money to print, it can be faked with a pen, and it says nothing about who the regulars are. When the shop runs a promo, it has no way to tell the people who would come back for it.

The counter moment: five seconds, no card.

The customer shows their code. The shop scans it, types the amount and confirms. The stamp and the points land on the customer's phone before they reach the door. Try it.

Works like the paper card, without the paper.

Each shop designs its own card: how many slots, and which rewards sit on which slot. A free pastry at five, a free drink at ten.

  • Reaching a reward slot makes the reward ready. Claiming a mid-card reward keeps your stamps.
  • When the card is full and the last reward is claimed, a new card starts. Extra stamps carry over.
  • Rewards are claimed at the counter: the shop scans a one-time code that expires in five minutes.

Promos find the customer.

Shops post promos to a feed that every customer sees, and to a map of deals nearby. A shop does not need its own app, followers or ad budget to reach people around the corner.

For customers, it is a reason to open the app when they are not at a counter. For shops, it is the channel a paper card never had.

For shops: three things, learned in one shift.

  1. Set your card

Pick the number of slots and put up to three rewards on it. Change it any time; cards already in progress keep their rules.

  2. Post a promo

A photo, a line and an end date. It goes to the feed and the map.

  3. Scan and confirm

Scan the code, type the amount, confirm. Rewards work the same way.

Numbers people can trust.

Balances live on the server
Stamps and points change only in server functions. Every change is written to a ledger: who, where, how much.
Rewards need a fresh code
Claiming a reward uses a one-time code that expires in five minutes, so a screenshot cannot be used twice.
Points match the receipt
One point for every peso on the receipt, so customers can check every earn themselves.
Mistakes get caught
Daily limits per customer per shop stop typing errors, such as an extra zero.
